All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.The site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced or have inaccurate stock availability. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated in your order so you can decide ultimately if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect Agreements which have come into force. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for dispatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only. Shipping And Handling In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, unless collection is an option. These charges will be stated when you pay for the product or products. Although if you live out side the UK mainland we will confirm delivery rate by return. Delivery Schedule We will arrange for the products to be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to the address indicated in your Order. We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver products on or before the date set out in our second acknowledgment or, if no date is set out, within 3-5 days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 14 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our Second Acknowledgment. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, provided it has not been received by us in the interim from the supplier or is a special order. They are not held in any clear text anywhere on the Internet. Guarantee All our products carry a minimum of 12 months guarantee. If your product fails within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it. This excludes accidental damage. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Returns Policy If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please contact us in writing within 7 days from receipt. When we receive the product back, we will contact you and offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days. This does not affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you receive any item that is faulty, please contact us in writing within 7 days from receipt. When we receive the product back, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days.This does not affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in new condition in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred. Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 20%.
Refunds are for goods only and do not include any carriage costs paid to us.
We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense. In certain circumstances, faults will need to be diagnosed by the manufacturers of the item before a replacement can be issued. Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available. |
